Register someone yourself, for example when they phone or send a cheque, or cancel a registration they no longer need. Members works out the price from who the person is.

- Click Add registration.
- Under Find someone on record, type a name or email and click the person in the list. To pick someone else, click Change.
- For someone not on record, fill in First name, Last name and Email under Or someone new:.
- Optionally fill in Dietary or access needs (optional).
- If the money has come in, leave Payment has been received on and choose Received by (Cheque, e-Transfer, Cash, Card or Other), the Date received and a Reference (optional). Turn it off if payment is to follow.

To cancel a registration, find the person on the Registrations tab and click Cancel on their row. There is no confirmation step.
What happens next
When you register someone, the message tells you the rate and price, such as Registered at the member rate or Registered at the non-member rate. A member in good standing pays their level's price. Everyone else pays the non-member price. Someone new is added as a contact.
A registration you add here is not emailed to the person. You can register someone after registration has closed.
If payment has not come in, the Paid column shows Not yet paid.
You might see:
- This event is full.
- There are no places left at your rate.
- The person's first name followed by is already registered.
- This event is for members., Members only — renew to register., or that the event is for members of one chapter.
When you cancel a registration, you see that the person's registration is cancelled. If they had paid, the message gives the amount and says to refund it with your payment processor. Nothing is refunded automatically.
A cancelled registration leaves the list and the counts. Any wallet ticket for it is voided, and any continuing-education credits it posted are withdrawn. You can register the same person again later.
