Set your brand once and Donors applies it to what your supporters see: web and donation forms, emails and tax receipts. The Donors app itself keeps its own neutral look.

Before you start

  • You're an Org admin. Members can view the page, but see "Only an organization admin can change the brand."
  • Logo files in PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 3 MB each. The receipt logo must be PNG or JPG.
  • Your brand colours as hex codes, if you have them.

Steps

  1. Go to Organization Settings → Branding.
  2. Under Logo & imagery, click Upload on each slot you need: Primary logo, Reversed logo, Icon / favicon, Social share and Receipt logo. Images upload and save straight away. If your logo has a solid background, Donors makes it transparent and tells you so. Use Replace or the bin icon to change or remove one.
  3. Under Brand colours, pick or type a colour for Brand / primary, Accent / secondary, Heading & text, Button text and Background tint.
  4. Under Typography & buttons, choose the Heading font, Body font, Base text size, Button shape and Corner radius.
  5. Click Save changes. The button shows Saved when it's done.

What happens next

Your colours, fonts, text size, button shape and corner radius style your donation and other forms, the donor giving portal and the find-a-receipt page. Supporter emails use your brand colours and show your organization's name at the top. Tax receipts use your primary colour and print your Receipt logo, or your Primary logo if there's no receipt logo; an SVG or WebP logo is left off receipts. Your Icon / favicon, or else your Primary logo, also shows beside your organization's name in the sidebar.
