Sign in with a six-digit code emailed to you, or with your Microsoft work account if your organization uses one. There is no password.

Before you start

  • You need to have been invited to your organization by an Org admin.

Steps

  1. Go to the Members sign-in page, enter your Work email and click Continue.
  2. If you are emailed a code, type the 6-digit code and click Sign in.
  3. If your organization uses Microsoft, you see Sign in with your work account instead. Click Continue with Microsoft, sign in on Microsoft's page, and you come straight back. If your organization allows it, you can click Email me a code instead.
  4. If you belong to more than one organization, choose one on Choose an organization.

What happens next

The code expires in 10 minutes and works once. It only works in the browser that asked for it, so a code forwarded to someone else cannot be used by them. If it expires, click Send a new code.

If the code is wrong or has expired, you see That code is invalid or has expired. After too many wrong tries you are asked to wait before trying again. Asking for too many codes in a short time shows Too many codes requested. Please wait a few minutes before trying again.

A sign-in with a code lasts 30 days from your last use, and at most 60 days. A sign-in with Microsoft lasts 8 hours.

If your organization requires single sign-on, email codes are switched off for it, and you must use Microsoft.

If Microsoft sign-in does not complete, the sign-in page says why — for example that you have not been invited to this organization, or that your account has not been given a role in Members.
