A renewal goes to the review queue when:
- one of the member's answers matches an outcome set to Flag for me to review on a renewal question, or
- staff used Renew for member and the question set has a required declaration only the member can make.
Open it from Renewals → Review queue. The button shows how many are waiting. A member with answers waiting also shows Renewal answers pending review on their record.
The queue has two tabs, Waiting for review and Decided. Each row shows the member, their level, the reason, when it was submitted, and the payment: Paid · active, Not yet paid, or No payment taken yet if the question was set to Take no payment until it has been reviewed.
A member who has paid stays active while they wait. The member's answers are already saved, and contact details they corrected are already on their record. The review decides what happens next.
Click Review to see why it is here and everything they answered, with the wording they saw. Then:
- Approve — clears the review.
- Request more… — emails the member your note, with a link to reply, and can ask them for a file from a question set to Only when staff ask for it. The row shows Waiting on member, then Replied.
- Reject… — needs a reason. Rejecting does not refund a payment or end the membership. It raises a task so a person decides what happens next.
Opening a member's uploaded document is recorded in the audit log.
