They are tasks. Some are opened by Smart nudges when something across the membership needs attention. Others Members raises about one member, and some are added by you or your colleagues. Each shows a tag: auto-created, yours or added by a colleague.
The Smart nudges are:
- Auto-renew payments failing — with Send card-update links. This one can't appear until card payments are connected.
- Memberships that lapse within 7 days — members whose grace ends this week, with Open call list.
- New members not welcomed — joined in the last 30 days, with Open welcome list.
- Members gone quiet — no event, sign-in or email open in six months, with Review.
Members also raises tasks such as a member's auto-renew payment failing, a refund being due, renewal answers being rejected, a member reporting an email change they did not make, or a lapsed member attending an event.
A nudge closes by itself when the situation clears, and shows Cleared by itself. There is one nudge of each kind at a time, and its count is kept up to date.
From the … menu on a task you can Mark done, Snooze until tomorrow, Snooze for a week or Dismiss. A dismissed or completed nudge stays away for a week, then comes back if the situation still holds.
Click Add a task to add one of your own, with a due date if you like. View all tasks opens the full list, with Open, Snoozed and Closed views.
