Can donors change or cancel their own monthly gift?

Yes, once an Org admin publishes a Manage giving form. Donors enter their email, get a one-time sign-in code, and see only their own recurring gift; no account or password is needed. Depending on what you allow, they can Change amount, Change frequency, Update card, Pause or Resume, and Cancel.

Create it in Communications → Forms with New form and the Manage giving template. It needs Stripe connected. In the builder you set:

Code expires after (minutes), from 5 to 60.
What donors can change: turn off any action. With Cancel off, donors must contact you to cancel.
When a donor cancels: Offer to pause instead, with an optional Impact message.
Support email (shown to donors).

Share the page with Open donor portal from the form's menu, or embed it. When a donor updates a card after a failed payment, Donors retries the failed charge straight away.

Staff can change a plan's amount, frequency and fund, and pause, resume, skip the next charge or cancel it. Open the donor's Giving tab and click Manage on the recurring gift, or use Gifts → Recurring. Staff can't enter or update a donor's card.
