Four content sections are optional: Programs, Impact stories, Supporters and People. Switch off the ones you don't use and they leave your menu and the block picker.
Before you start
- You're a Site admin.
Steps
- Go to Site Settings → Site details and find What this site uses.
- Switch each section on or off: Programs, Impact stories, Supporters, People.
- Click Save changes.
What happens next
A section you switch off leaves the left menu and the block picker. Nothing is deleted: its items, and any of its blocks already on a page, stay as they are. Switch it back on and the screen returns as it was.
Two sections have a different name in the menu: Impact stories appears as Stories, and People as Team & board.
News, Events, Jobs & volunteers and Media are always in the menu and can't be switched off.
