What you see

Programs, Stories, Supporters or Team & board isn't in your left menu, so you can't add that kind of content.

Why it happens

These four sections are optional, and a site admin can switch each one off. A section that's switched off is hidden from the menu and the block picker. News, Events, Jobs & volunteers and Media are always shown.

If it's Site Settings you can't see, that's different: only site admins see it.

Fix

  1. Ask a site admin to go to Site Settings → Site details and find What this site uses.
  2. Switch the section on. Stories is listed there as Impact stories, and Team & board as People.
  3. Click Save changes. The section is back in the menu, with everything it held before.

If that doesn't work

If the section is switched on under Site details but still doesn't appear, tell the 2Labs team which section it is and your site's name.
