What you see

You made a change, but the website still shows the old version.

Why it happens

Most often the change is saved as a draft but not published, it's waiting for approval, or the site is still rebuilding from a recent publish.

Fix

  1. Open the page in the Editor and check the status in the toolbar. Draft means it isn't published — click Publish. Pending means it's waiting for a site admin in Approvals.
  2. If you did publish, give it a minute or two — the live site rebuilds after each publish.
  3. Changed branding or another setting? Those go live only when you Publish everything — publish a page and accept the notice that lists Site settings.
  4. Still seeing the old page? Refresh it, or open it in a private window — your browser may be showing a saved copy.

If that doesn't work

Tell the 2Labs team which page it is, that the editor shows Live, and that the old version is still on the site several minutes later.
