Once your donation form is published, you can put it on your website with an embed code or share its public page as a link.
Before you start
- A donation form that shows Published in Communications → Forms.
- To use Sites by 2Labs, an Org admin connects it first.
Steps
- Go to Communications and open the Forms tab.
- To get the embed code, click Embed next to the form, or Copy embed code in its menu. Inside the form builder, use Copy embed. You'll see "Embed code copied".
- Paste the code into a page on your website. It places the form in a frame, full width and 720 pixels tall.
- To share a link, choose Open live form from the form's menu (or Live in the builder). Copy the address of the page that opens and use it in emails, social posts or a "Donate" button.
- If your website runs on Sites by 2Labs, an Org admin goes to Organization Settings → Integrations, finds the Sites by 2Labs card and clicks Connect Sites. They enter the Site ID, click Authorize, then Copy the connection token and paste it into the Sites dashboard. The token is shown only once; if it's lost, use Re-authorize to issue a new one.
- On your Sites by 2Labs website, add the Donors forms block and pick the form from the list. There's no code to paste.
What happens next
The form shows on your page with your branding. Donations made there are recorded in Donors the same way as from the live link. When you change the form and click Update, the embedded form changes too. If you unpublish or delete the form, the embedded copy stops working and shows "Form not available".
