Yes. When an Org admin clicks Connect Stripe in Organization Settings → Integrations, Donors sends you to Stripe to sign in or create an account and complete your charity's setup. Donations then go straight to your charity's Stripe account, your charity is the merchant of record, and payouts go to the bank account you give Stripe. Donors never sees or stores your Stripe secret keys.
